Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home when you come?

Not at all! As long as we have access to your backyard (and the dogs are safely tucked away), we can perform our "Poop Patrol" while you’re at work or running errands.

What if I have an aggressive dog?

For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that all dogs be kept indoors during our scheduled service. If we cannot safely enter the yard, we may have to reschedule your visit.

Is the odor spray actually safe for my kids/pets?

Yes! We use an all-natural enzymatic neutralizer. It is specifically designed to be 100% non-toxic and safe for children, plants, and all types of pets immediately after application.

Do you service astro-turf?

Absolutely. In fact, turf often holds odors more than natural grass. Our enzymatic spray is perfect for turf because it deep-cleans the fibers to remove lingering smells that water alone can’t wash away.

How does the $55 initial fee work?

Because the first cleanup usually takes significantly more time and labor, we charge a $55 fee to get your yard back to a "baseline" clean. This is paid upfront and is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with our first visit.

Can I change my schedule later?

Of course! Since there are no contracts and payments are auto-drafted weekly, you can scale up to 5 days a week or down to once a week whenever your needs change.

What happens if it rains?

We work through light rain! However, if the weather is severe or dangerous (lightning/heavy storms), we will notify you and skip that day, making sure to double-down on our next scheduled visit to get your yard back in shape.
